Microsoft Windows® Vista

At this time Palm is not supporting Vista fully, in part due to issues in HotSync.  So as of this point we do not support the use of any of our Trakker applications on PC units with Vista.

We expect this situation to be resolved, but cannot predict when because it is dependent on organizations beyond our control.

The Trakker™ family of products offers comprehensive management solutions that directly interface to QuickBooks®, the #1 selling accounting application in the world. These applications, running on a hand-held, extend the reach of the accounting system beyond the office doors, into the field and direct contact with customers.

The systems are designed to simplify the task of interfacing between QuickBooks® and the handheld: drop the hand held in the cradle, press one button and the sync automatically updates customers and items, posts invoices, and books time. Data entry is eliminated, up to date information is available to field staff, and cycle times for billing drop dramatically.

All of the systems can synchronized directly to the PC, or remote sync can be set up using modems and the Internet (can require additional hardware and connectivity).

Service, Route Sales, Consignment, and Sales Trakker™ all have features built in to support remote connection over the Internet, especially useful on the new generation of PDA/cell phones like the Treo® 650 and 700P from Palm.
